Cooking on the stove is:
Almond Milk-tumuric-ginger-black pepper-cardamom.
It's a holistic remedy for my cold. You could add a little honey to taste if you wanted to, but I like the taste as is.
6 cups water-a handful of organic Holled barley.
Boil 15-20 minutes.
This is all prep work for my upcoming stay at the Raj.
Tonight starts the Pippali Stick Oleation Therapy.
From what I understand this is an important part of the prep for the treatments I will be receiving at the Raj next week. I don't fully understand it, other than-same as the barley water-it's going to loosen deeper levels of toxins.
I'm to soak 2 of these sticks in a cup of water over night and tomorrow before 6 am-I'm to add either milk or water and boil until it's a half a cup. Then I'm to drink the water only.
The next day, I soak 3 of these sticks. Each evening, you add one more stick.
In conjunction with the barley water and the recommended eating plan.
6 days of this then I'm off to Iowa!
In other news...the packing continues. I have had to rest more often than I'd have liked to due to a cold. However, progress is still being made.
You know you are not your healthy self when you can nap 3 times a day and sleep all night too.
In between all of that rest, I've continued some of the programs/schooling I was in the middle of before this big life changing decision was made. That was another element I had to "let go of."
This isn't the first time I was in the middle of something that would require all of my focus to excel and would enhance my world (our world)...where the cycle of this relationship became the focus instead. It's been one of those sabatoguing pieces of the cycle puzzle.
So now I'm dividing my time between packing/ preparing for a new life while also finishing up my courses. Now I am printing everything out, I can take everything with me to the Raj and for 12 days-it will be all about the creation process while being in an environment that is perfect for learning and creation.
That excites me.
