“We can easily forgive a child who is afraid of the dark; the real tragedy of life is when men are afraid of the light.”
“By three methods we may learn wisdom: First, by reflection, which is noblest; Second, by imitation, which is easiest; and third by experience, which is the bitterest.”
In my own mind, Wisdom is absolutely subjective. How could it be otherwise? As a simple example we can use the art of allowing. It is wise to allow. It is also not wise to allow. It depends.
Or the concept of silence. Silence is golden. That is only true in certain situations. There is this whole other realm in existence where silence isn't golden at all and it is absolutely not mature or wise to be silent.
At another level, coconut oil is one of my wisdom tools for my own well-being. When I heat that oil up to give myself a massage in the am, I feel very alive.
However, I have a sister-in-law whom coconut oil would cause her pain and the potential of death becomes a reality for her.
She is severely allergic.
In this way, if I tried to push my health and well-being wisdom tool onto her with a mindset of "This is wisdom" regardless of her reality or how it would impact her-I would be poisoning her. Literally.
Sometimes wisdom is as simple as saying "Does this have nuts in it?" Her wisdom within knowing nuts would hurt her fits under the third according to confucius: By her own experience and that also feeds into silence not being golden because her silence would be painful.
Opinion, Advice and Wisdom Mountains

This morning, when I woke up I had some messages regarding my last blog post about the kiss of all kisses and the fall of all falls and it's so fun to sit back and reflect on how differently my personal blog lands on different people. I actually like that a lot because it reminds me that my outer circles as it relates to connections are expansive with human beings existing on all three mountains at different times, in different ways, about different topics.... feedback....
As an FYI to new comers who haven't been following my life, or this blog since 2015.......These men are keenly aware I have this blog and I do write about my experiences. It's a part of what I share with them in the space that exists between us.
And sometimes I will get a text requesting that I do or a little hurt when I don't mention the experience I share with them in my blog. It's really sweet. They want their endearing nickname.
So everyone on opinion mountain can absolutely relax, these men are completely safe with me....
“How would your life be different if…You stopped allowing other people to dilute or poison your day with their words or opinions? Let today be the day…You stand strong in the truth of your beauty and journey through your day without attachment to the validation of others”
